Two general practitioners have purchased Bentley Medical Centre for $2.23 million, with plans to continue operating the business.
Arvind Yelal and Mafara Gweja, via Orchid Asset Holdings Pty Ltd, bought the 1100 Albany Highway property from the Lekias family, represented by Roger, Deanna and Melissa Lekias.
Sterling Property principal Brian Neo brokered the deal.
He said the property suited a range of buyers, particularly from the medical specialists sector.
“The asset has been running as a GP practice for some 50 years and was redeveloped in the about 20 years to modernise the facility,” Mr Neo said.
“This meant the buyers could literally walk into a property with a trading history and goodwill attached.”
