Shares in Bannerman Resources have been placed in a trading halt as the uranium explorer undertakes a $30 million capital raising.
The company said the raising will be through a private placement with shareholders already approving the issue of shares at last month's general meeting.
Bannerman expects to come out of the trading halt before the start of trade on Friday.
Shares in the Subiaco-based explorer last traded at $1.14.
The company holds projects in Namibia and Botswana.
