Has signed a Heads of Agreement to acquire childcare centre businesses (collectively known as Kids Campus Group) currently owned by a number of vendors. The consideration for the purchase is a maximum of $26.9 million comprising $12.08 million in cash and the issue of up to 74.08 million fully paid ordinary shares (after consolidation).
