RM Capital executive director Alex Bajada has been appointed a non-executive director and chairman of the Inovax Limited board.
Mr Bajada is also the independent chair of the Western Australian Local Government Superannuation Plan, and chairman of the Sealanes Group.
His professional experience is in property development, property management, and stockbroking.
He is a former president of the Local Government Association and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Western Australia.
