BGC received three high commendations in the recent Master Builders’ Excellence in Construction Awards.
Two residential developments – a Homeswest project in Dianella and a terrace development in Northbank – won awards in the division for multi-unit dwellings under $10 million.
Hillarys Police Station was highly commended in the division for government buildings in the Perth metropolitan area under $3 million.
BGC Construction general manager Gerry Forde said the company entered five projects in the awards and received a pleasing result.
“We are especially pleased to have won awards in
the low-budget residential category,” Mr Forde said.
“It is always a challenge to build a quality develop-ment on a tight budget.”
