Accounting and advisory network BDO has confirmed it is moving from its Subiaco offices into the Perth CBD at the end of the year.

The global company is planning to relocate its Perth staff to the Capital Square precinct next to the new Woodside building.

BDO said it has outgrown its Station Street offices in Subiaco, where it has been for about 12 years.

About 230 BDO workers will be spread over two floors totalling 3,350 square metres.

BDO office managaing partner Peter Toll said the floor space was based on the company's "anticipated needs taking into consideration flexible working arrangements".

"It’s an exciting time for BDO. We’re developing new initiatives and actively recruiting people throughout our business," he said.

"Providing everything goes to plan, we anticipate moving our personnel in late December and welcoming clients to our new home early in the new year."

The firm’s WA businesses is the result of a merger between BDO and Horwath in 2007.
