Atlas Iron chairman voted out

DAVID Nixon was voted out as Atlas Iron chairman at the company’s annual general meeting last week. Mr Nixon ceases to be chairman of the company after two and half years in the role. Asian shipping company IMC Resources and Linq Resources Fund used their combined 25.3 per cent stake to sack Mr Nixon amid suggestions that IMC could be eyeing control of the iron ore miner.
