Aspen Group Ltd managing director Angelo Del Borrello has been awarded 5.5 million stapled securities in the company worth more than $14 million as part of his long-term incentive package.
The bonus revealed to the market today was also extended to company secretary Gavin Hawkins, and far exceeds both men's $1.48 million pay packets last financial year, which included short-term incentive cash bonuses of $850,000.
The bonuses are in line with the property investment and development group's shareholder approved-Employee Stapled Security Incentive Plan, which is designed to align the long term wealth creation objectives of employees with that of the long term success and equity price growth of Aspen Group.
