ART Gallery of Western Australia director Alan Dodge has been elected chairman of the Perth Convention Bureau.
He replaces InterContinental Burswood Resort general manager James Allen who has completed his two years in the chair.
The new vice chairman is Parmelia Hilton Perth general manager Andrew Flack.
Exhibition coordinator Richard Campbell was re-elected for a seventh successive two-year term and professional conference manager Katie Clarke returns as a director after a year’s absence.
A field of eight candidates – the largest in the bureau’s history – stood for the elections to fill the four board vacancies.
