PERTH-BASED zinc and lead miner Perilya Ltd this week announced the proposed appointment of Paul Arndt as managing director. The appointment of the former senior manager at Newcrest’s Telfer operation, who is Perilya’s current executive general manager of operations, is subject to shareholder approval at the company’s annual general meeting on November 25
