FORMER premier Dr Carmen Lawrence (pictured) has been appointed to the Rio Tinto WA Future Fund board. Dr Lawrence will replace founding board member Kerry Sanderson, who has moved to London to take up the post of agent general for Western Australia. Dr Lawrence will join non-executive board members Janet Holmes à Court, Tony Howarth and Fred Chaney
