INFORMATION technology company Alphawest has signed an agreement with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority to assist in the design and implementation of an Electronic Document Management System.
Alphawest was chosen as the IT Services Partner to supply and deploy the EDMS after an in-depth evaluation process.
It will be working with Tower Software to create a solution that will meet APRA’s needs.
These needs include having to store 300,000 customer records, storage of multimedia including documents and photographs and offering an improved and consistent proceeds for managing records and documents across the business.
The system is expected to be completed late in 2005.
