A year after making its debut on the Australian stock exchange, Alara Uranium Ltd has changed its name to Alara Resources Ltd following shareholder approval.
The company's ticker code, AUQ, remains unchanged.
The company holds several projects in Peru, the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
