Has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Pasminco Australia Limited for the acquisition of the Elura zinc/lead/silver mine and related assets for $5.4 million ($2.2 million payable on completion and $3.2 million payable 9 months after completion).

Has signed an Option to Purchase Agreement with unlisted public exploration and mining company Gleneagle Gold Limited for the company's Peak Hill Regional Gold Project.
Optum Health Limited

Has concluded a joint enterprise agreement with Wavtech Pty Ltd to develop a patented chemical free water treatment process. The joint enterprise will be conducted through a newly established Australian company Optum ES Pty Ltd. Optum will hold 80% of the shares in Optum ES and Wavtech will hold 20%.
