Burswood Ltd

Has formalised joint venture with  Mirvac Fini to develop the largest residential development ever to be undertaken by a single developer in Western Australia. Burswood's subsidiary company BL Developments Pty Ltd, has received $26 million from Mirvac Fini. Development profits will be shared equally after joint venture costs are recovered. The development will comprise of up to 1,200 dwellings.

Echo Technologies Ltd

Has entered into a Heads of Agreement with Avanti International Pty Ltd to acquire all of the issued capital of e-Span Solutions Pty Ltd. In consideration for the shares of e-Span the current e-Span shareholders will be issued with shares in Echo totaling 32% of the fully diluted shares of Echo as of the completion of the e-Span acquisition.

ERG Ltd

Has reached agreement with six public transportation agencies for the establishment of a regional fare collection system covering Seattle and the Central Puget Sound area of Washington State.  The contract is worth US$63 million for a ten-year term.

Has agreed for Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad to acquire a 30% shareholding by placements of new shares

Mawson West Ltd

Has entered into joint venture on its Paynes Find Gold Project with Prosperity Resources Ltd.  Prosperity can earn 60% of the project by completing $500,000 exploration expenditure over 3 years.
