Peter Bowler has been appointed managing director of Agincourt Resources Ltd. Mr Bowler will take over from current managing director Tim Sugden who will continue with Agincourt as a non-executive director. Dr Sugden has elected to focus his attention on building Nova Energy Ltd, a listed exploration company, 57 per cent owned by Agincourt. Mr Bowler has more than 20 years’ experience in the operating and business aspects of mining, contractural, agricultural and property industries. Prior to his appointment last October at Agincourt, Mr Bowler was the director of operations and is an executive director of the company. He has been involved with Agincourt’s principal asset, the Wiluna Gold mine, for the past eight years.
