Amadeus Petroleum Inc, has executed a contract with Brazos Gas Company LLC to acquire a 13.125% working interest in an oil and gas exploration prospect located in Chickasawhay Prospect, Wayne County, Mississippi. Amadeus has contracted to spend $US91,500 for leasehold options and 3-D seismic data, in order to earn a 13.125% working interest.

Falcon Minerals Limited

An agreement has been reached with Tiwest Pty Limited for the purchase of Falcon's Cooljarloo Mineral Sands Project for a total consideration of $650,000.

Jubilee Mines NL

Has agreed to acquire the Mt Goode Nickel Project from Barrick Gold of Australia Ltd.  Jubilee will acquire the Mt Goode Project from Forsayth NL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Barrick for A$9.5 million. In addition, Forsayth is entitled to a gold royalty of A$10 per ounce.

Millepede International Limited

Has reached an agreement "in principle" to acquire 1,000,000 shares in MUI from minority shareholders to acquire the minority interests in Millepede USA, Inc. The consideration payable for the acquisition is 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

Pearl Healthcare Limited

Has completed the purchase of Adelaide based Alvarez Laboratory.  The total consideration is dependant on the performance of the business, with an upfront payment of $295,000 with further payments on both the first and second anniversary date.

Sanford Ltd

IWL Limited has entered the marketplace as an undisclosed Buyer of all remaining Sanford Shares at $0.19 per share. IWL's Offer for Sanford shares closes on 17 April 2003.
