It was with courage, determination and steely attention to detail that Bethany James propelled herself onto the international stage that is the cosmetics industry. Of the conviction that to be successful in business you do something you loved, Ms James decided that starting her own range of bath and body products would be a dream job.
Determined to make her dream a reality, Ms James quit her job and began researching cosmetic ingredients, possible competitors and finding suppliers. In just under two years Ms James has turned an idea into a national brand that is available from 116 stores across Australia and is now poised to commence its international expansion.
