For the past 15 years Professor Duane Varan has balanced a lecturing career in both Perth and the US with consultancy work for the A-list in world commerce. He has been instrumental in positioning Murdoch University’s Interactive Television Research Institute as a world-class research hub. Professor Varan has been able to secure significant funding from government programs to ensure the institute can continue its research for the near future. As well as his work at the institute, Professor Varan provides marketing, advertising and interactive training and consultancy services to clients worldwide.
