Richard Pappas

Richard Pappas began his property career in 1998 with the very company that now forms part of Celsius Property Group. He has been the managing director of Celsius Property Group which incorporates Celsius Developments, Celsius Land and Celsius Finance.

Mr Pappas also serves on the UDIA WA council alongside other industry leaders, providing valuable built-form insight to the industry and key stakeholders. He became the state president of UDIA WA in October 2023.

He holds a Diploma of Property (REIWA), a Diploma of Financial Services, and a current Real Estate licence. He is also a recipient of the Business News 40under40 award in 2018.

Since embracing the need to give back by supporting those not fortunate enough to have a roof over their head, Mr Pappas has participated in the past 7 Vinnies CEO sleepouts where he raised over $80,000 for the cause. In 2022 he formed part of the inaugural UDIA WA Vinnies CEO Sleepout Team, which was again represented by industry leaders in 2023. As part of his fundraising efforts, he has completed three Comrades Ultra Marathons in South Africa.
