Luke Saraceni is one of Perth's most influential businessmen in the property industry, building one of the biggest privately-owned property developement companies in WA. Through an informative question and answer session Luke delved into his journey from over the last 30 years and the decisions that took him on the path from town planning to major developing and how he secured one of the largest construction projects now leading to his most biggest challenge yet.

Luke Saraceni is a Property Developer and Town Planner who has worked in the property industry at an executive level for over thirty two years.

In the early part of his career he was employed as the Shire Planner and Director of Planning and Development for the Shire of Swan. In 1984 he established his own consulting practice. Since 1989 Luke has been developing commercial, retail and residential properties ranging from CBD Shopping Centres such as the Woolworths Development adjoining David Jones & Myers in the Murray Street Mall, to Officeworks and Megamart Superstores for Coles Myer.

Some of his more current projects include:

- The relocation of Bankwest to the $500 million Raine Square Project in the Perth CBD- Vasse Newton in Bunbury- A 20,000 metre squared office, retail and residential project in Hay Street, Subiaco, incorporating the existing Ace Cinema Complex

He is also currently developing other commercial and retail projects in Western Australia, Victoria and South Australia.

Luke is the Immediate Past President of the Property Council of Western Australia, he is also a Member of the Council of Curtin University of Technology and is the Patron of the Claremont Football Club.
