Douglas is a Director of Alyka, a full service digital agency that has gone through a huge growth spurt within 5 short years.

They have grown from 3 staff to 30 staff within a two-year time span and has won numerous awards along the way – BRW Fast Starter 2013, WA Business News Rising Star Award 2013 and now a finalist in the Telstra Medium Business Awards 2014.

Douglas will be covering how he and two mates built up Alyka from ground up including use cases, trials and successes that he has been through to get the business off the ground. He will also be sharing some of the lessons learned and current tools and software that he uses to run the business.
