As a new business owner, your client will be looking to you to provide advice on the best way to structure their business, as well as guidance on issues around employment and profit distributions. This session will cover the tax treatment of income and capital profits (and losses) in trusts and partnerships as well as reviewing the application of GST and payroll tax.
