Carmelina is an experienced Non-Executive Director, combined with an executive career over 25 years specialising in Finance, Governance and Business Improvement. Executive leadership roles and consulting experience in property and construction, Lotterywest, SMEs, tertiary education, and not-for-profit sectors. Governance experience over 13 years includes arts, education, community development, and not-for-profit sectors. Carmelina's current board positions include:
• Fremantle Port Authority
• Gaming and Wagering Commission of WA
• St Thomas More College (UWA) Council
• South West Corridor Development Foundation (SWCDeF)
Carmelina is qualified as a Chartered Accountant, with recently completed MBA (Advanced) with Distinction.
