Who am I as a Leader?

Workshop designed exclusively for women in leadership roles
Have you ever asked yourself: "Who am I as a leader?" or "How do I bring more of myself to work?"
These questions, asked by working women all over the world, highlight that at the heart of our development lies our sense of self and more specifically, our professional identity. Having a clear and consistent professional identity is fundamental to career success.
Understanding how we think of ourselves at work and whether we consider leadership to be a part of our professional identity, is often the missing link in leadership development. This workshop is designed to help you reflect on, clarify and refine your leadership identity, so that you may continue to build and enjoy a thriving career.
Workshop presented in association with Roar People.
This special two day workshop will:· provide you with a reflective learning space in which to explore and refine their professional leadership identities,· share a guiding framework for leadership development which assists you to manage your leadership career with confidence, resilience and a sense of purpose,· engage in inspiring conversations regarding possibilities for future growth, in a collaborative, supportive peer environment, and· provide organisations with a fresh approach in developing women leaders, aimed at creating environments where women can thrive.
