We have heard recently from a number of investment specialists that there is a shift in the sentiment, that the risk profile for mining investments has indeed shifted, and we believe this will be of great interest to our members so we are starting the year with an insightful analysis on the market outlook for 2017.

Eddie Rigg
Eddie is a co-founder of Argonaut and has extensive experience in the execution of M&A and capital raising for both public and private companies, an active originator of domestic and cross border transactions for small cap through to large multinational entities and SOE’s predominantly in the metals and mining and energy sectors. Outside of work, Eddie has significant community interests having been former Vice Chairman of the West Australian Turf Club, Past President of the Carbine Club of Western Australia Inc and along with his wife, Kylie Rigg, are co-founders of Autism West Inc. Eddie and his wife also own the historic Myalup Farm where he operates his horse stud business, Geisel Park Stud. He is also a mad Dockers supporter!

Liam Twigger
Liam has over 25 years experience in the fields of investment banking and corporate finance. In 1995, he established Macquarie Bank’s Bullion and Commodities division in Perth and was promoted to Head of Macquarie Bank Limited in Western Australia. In 1997, Liam was recruited to head up Bankers Trust’s investment banking activities in Western Australia. Following the sale of Bankers Trust Australia Limited in 1999, Liam became a founding principal of PCF Capital Group. In addition to overseeing all PCF Capital businesses, Liam is also actively involved in the Corporate Advisory and Corporate Finance divisions.

Bryan Dixon
Mr Dixon has substantial experience in the mining sector and in the management of public and listed companies. Previously, Mr Dixon has been employed by KPMG, Resolute Samantha Limited, Société Générale and Archipelago Resources Plc. Mr Dixon also holds non executive director roles with Hodges Resources Limited and Midwinter Resources Limited. Mr Dixon is a Chartered Accountant and brings additional project development, project acquisition, financing and corporate skills to the Company. Mr Dixon is also Chairman of the Scaddan Energy JV Committee.
