Will the Government put out significant sweeteners (including to business) to prevent what looks like disaster for it in the September elections?
Will it try to 'signal another surplus' to curry favour with the financial sector?
Can it do both by building on optimistic signs in the economy and embed them in its economic forecasts?

What will the impact be from proposed changes to taxation on SMSFs?
