Shona Rowan AFAIM, Inspirational Speaker, Psychologist and Performance Consultant
Working across a range of sectors, Shona helps organisations build high performing teams, develop their talent, and retain their staff and clients via motivational conferences, practical workshops and one-to-one performance coaching. Having started her own consulting business in London in 2008, Shona works with international and domestic firms including Shell, Citi Bank, Ashurst, Bird & Bird, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, DLA Piper, ECU and UWA. Also a former international ballroom dancing champion, Shona reached world top 10 ranking before hanging up her dancing shoes.
