With the subregional structure plans on track for release early in 2014 Mark Wallace, Regional Technical Director for Economics
at RPS , looks at the experience of other states who have sought to manage growth by defining
an urban footprint. This fascinating presentation unpacks the data and trends to take a close
look at the implications for housing supply and affordability in Perth if that approach was adopted.

The September luncheon is also the UDIA AGM, but don't let that put you off, the event is one of
