A Coaching Psychology workshop with Dr Sunny Stout Rostron
- Brisbane, Perth and Canberra

Research has identified the need for bold, visionary leadership to shape our future; not just the future of organisations and institutions, but also the future of our increasingly complex and inter-dependent cultures and societies. People are looking to their leaders worldwide for more accountability, integrity and authenticity, which is where new leadership has a role to play.

Thinking about thinking, i.e. the coaching conversation, requires reflecting on and changing the reasoning behind our actions, allowing for problems and solutions to be seen in new ways.

In this skills based program, Sunny will share challenges that leadership coaching faces globally - and the need for independent thinking to create societal change. She will lead us through a number of coaching exercises to help us to think through our own tipping points for change, tapping into our own gifts and strengths as leaders, no matter what our walk of life.

Sample workshop content
• What are the challenges leadership coaching faces globally?
• Leadership development: no one size fits all
• Five emergent critical leadership competences
• Developing others mindfully: mastery of attention, clarity of intention
• Stories of leaders working with coaching practice at the highest level
