Tendering Masterclass - Standing Out From The Crowd

This is a hands-on, roll up your sleeves, and work on improving your tender responses in order to take your business from ordinary to extraordinary. This workshop is designed for small businesses that have done tenders before in the business-to-business space, with varied success or with gaps in your understanding of the requirements. It is designed for small business owners who want to develop useful tables and tendering formats that can be re-used and re-purposed. Small business owners are encouraged to bring their own questions and examples in order to focus on areas of shortcoming.

This workshop will focus on:
1) qualitative criteria of local government tenders
2) pricing and understanding how to show competitiveness
3) working on formulating and articulating how your business delivers value for money and therefore stand out from the crowd
4) providing business owners with opportunity to bring their own real-life examples and questions to the workshop

We use a local government tender as example to work through all tendering phases.
