As young engineers progress their careers into more senior roles many ponder the benefits of undertaking additional formal study. However, with engineering offering up such a diverse range of skill sets and career progression opportunities it is often difficult to pin point the most effective study option and method of study to meet your requirements.

Undertaking additional study often comes with a significant time commitment and cost burden, so this is a decision you want to get right. This event will be a panel style discussion with engineers about the 'additional study option' they have chosen and how it has progressed their career, facilitated by Doug Aberle FIEAust CPEng NER. Panel members will outline why they chose the study forum they did, and the benefits this choice has had on their career. The panel will then answer questions from the audience in a Q&A format.

Following the formal part of the evening, guests will be invited network with panel members over drink and canapés. The target audience for this event will be Engineers Australia WA members in the 25 to 40 year age bracket, which are looking to take the next step in their career.
