In addition to almost 20 years of international experience in the HR profession, Pauline also possesses a Masters in Human Resource Management from Bristol Business School in the UK, Fellowship of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Pauline is the founder of award winning Pauline Tarrant (HR Consulting) and HR For Good networking and learning event series. Pauline is an aspiring futurist who speaks regularly on the future of work and is actively working to create change to ensure people and businesses in her community are equipped for the challenges ahead.
