A fantastic ‘not to be missed’ career opportunity for Young Professionals!

Building on the success of the previous editions of this seminar it is designed especially for young professionals. They will gain a glimpse of the issues and ideas of key leaders across the State Public Sector. This workshop and mentored discussion is a rare opportunity to feed into the key decision making processes of the state public sector and help Shape the Views at the Top. 

A number of agency leaders will deliver a short, sharp presentation identifying what they feel is the single most pressing policy problem facing the public sector.

And here is the exciting part...they will then work with you in a facilitated workshop session to listen directly to your ideas about the identified problems and assist in developing them into a simple outline of a creative and constructive policy response.

The ideas captured in this process will be published on the Institute’s website, distributed in our weekly newsletter, and sent to our member Director General's.
