Nourish your mind and body with a Revive health retreat at Smiths Beach, Yallingup in February. The five-day retreat will help you find more energy and balance in 5-star luxury. Gain energy, information and motivation with coastal hikes, yoga, surfing lessons, pilates, meditation, SUPing, nutrition seminars, cooking lessons, and take-home recipes. The Retreat also includes follow-up support.
What: A five-day, four-night healthy living retreat in WA’s south west for men and women to bring back balance through nourishing their bodies, getting back into shape, ditching the diet, breaking bad eating habits and kickstarting a new healthy life.
Who: A limit of 10 people per Retreat to allow personal attention. The Retreat is run by Katie Carmichael from KT Personal Training studio, and Sarah Breheny from Sarah Breheny Health & Wellness. Katie has been in the fitness industry for 15 years, working around Australia and overseas training everyone from Linda Kowslowski to Saudi Arabian Sheikhs. Sarah is a certified health coach, writer, speaker and fitness instructor. She studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and her mission is to empower women in health, love and happiness. Both are based in the south west.
Cost: Retreat & accommodation $1875 per person twin share. Private room is $2385. Includes all meals and activities. Does not include airfares or transfers to the Resort. Early bird specials available.
