The half-day Reporting to the Board course provides senior executives and managers with guidance on the structure and characteristics of good board reports. You will learn how to write and interpret reports. You will also consider how your reports will be used outside the board context by other stakeholders and regulators.
Reports play a critical role to the governance of an organisation. Many famous disasters have occurred due to flawed and incomplete information or even no information at all.
