Ready to Tender - Preparing a Winning Tender Response

This workshop is designed for small businesses that have not done tenders before, or did not have much success but are already working or providing goods in the business-to-business space, whether for government or private procurement. It is designed for small business owners who want to develop useful tables and tendering formats that can be re-used and re-purposed.

Workshop Focus:
1) takes participants through the complete process from finding and downloading tenders, tender preparation, submitting tenders and obtaining feedback post-tender
2) explains and works through all elements of a tender including mandatory, compliance, qualitative and pricing components
3) demonstrate to participants how to show value for money and stand out from the crowd
4) discuss the value of tendering for determining gaps in business systems and processes

We use a local government tender as example to work through all tendering phases.
