Natural resource management in its broadest sense refers to the management of natural resources, with a particular focus on how management affects the quality of life for both present and future generations.

Speakers include:
Eric Lumsden, Chair of the Western Australian Planning Commission
Paul Rosair, Director General Department of Regional Development
Dominique Van Gent, Department of Mines and Petroleum

The event with will explore the latest critical issues in natural resource management; basic raw materials access, biodiversity and conservation measures at a local government level, fire management and mitigation actions for land developments, coastal planning issues and carbon capture and storage.
