Arising from the economic downturn, Perth’s CBD commercial vacancy rates are the highest in a decade. During our first Perth in Focus luncheon for 2017, we will explore what needs to be done to keep WA’s capital of commerce thriving.

Lyle Bicknell, Principal Urban Designer at the City of Seattle will share Seattle’s revitalisation journey which is now considered to be one of the leading markets in Western United States.

Lyle will discuss what makes central Seattle increasingly attractive for companies.
