POD Book Chats - Women in Business Book Club - The Fictional Woman

Reading stimulates the mind, opens the door of opportunity and helps us develop and grow - "you will be the same person five years from now except for the people that you meet and the books that you read" (anon).

The aim of the POD Book Chats – Women in Business Book Club is to encourage reading and provide you with an opportunity to network with a diverse group of business women.

In August we are reading Tara Moss' first non-fiction book, The Fictional Woman. In this book, she traces key moments in her life from being a small town tomboy in Canada, to an international model in the 1990s to becoming a bestselling author and provides a broader look at everyday sexism, the underrepresentation of women, modern motherhood and body image.
