Building interdisciplinary teams that perform well and balance technical and management considerations is especially critical for complex and time-sensitive projects and programs. Following four years of extensive research, PMI, MIT and the International Council on Systems Engineering have uncovered the keys to successful integrated teams. Learn about our new book, Integrating Program Management and Systems Engineering: Methods, Tools and Organizational Systems for Improving Performance, and its framework for delivering strong results by building and leading highly aligned teams.
