Naveen Unni, Partner, McKinsey & Company
Naveen Unni, Partner in McKinsey & Company, is the head of McKinsey's Human Capital Service Line in Asia, leading the company's efforts on talent and leadership.
Naveen heads the human capital service line with a focus on leadership development, talent management and HR excellence.
Since joining McKinsey in 2003, Naveen has worked in multiple sectors, including retail and hospitality, oil & gas, metals & mining, industrial equipment manufacturing and engineering & construction. While he has worked on solving strategic, operational and organizational issues for them, his passion has been in the fields of organisational performance and leadership development.
