Dalveen' s considerable expertise in the area of governance saw her instrumental in the development of a corporate governance manual for Incorporated Associations and Companies Limited by guarantee, which assists community organisations to put appropriate structures in place to improve their governance. Prior to becoming a consultant in 2003, she was a partner with the firm from 1999, after initially joining in 1994. She is a member of the Law Society of WA, a fellow of Governance Institute and a member of Governance Institute’s NFP Working Group which has been instrumentally involved in the NFP reform process.
