Mindfulness is being embraced by companies all over the world. Lessons on how to learn it are the most popular on offer at Google HQ. Companies that encourage mindfulness report that they see absenteeism falling, productivity rising and business improving.

Mindfulness is about being aware of what is happening in the present moment and responding appropriately, with clarity of mind and heart. Many of us today find ourselves feeling overwhelmed with deadlines, seduced by never-ending input from our digital devices and stuck in a manner of living where we are reactive, stressed and often caught up in conflict and anger. We find that our minds are rarely focused on what we are doing but preoccupied with regrets about the past or worries about the future. Consequently we use up much valuable time and energy and end up feeling depleted and exhausted.

In this series of 3 x 2 hour morning workshops run over 6 weeks you will learn Mindfulness practices that will bring you greater focus and clarity, reduce your stress levels and give you more energy to do the things that are important.

Workshop participants learn:
- The benefits of Mindfulness – for individuals and for companies
- Research on Mindfulness in the Workplace
- The Practice of Mindfulness – various approaches
- Applying Mindfulness Practices in your personal and workplace lives

Who Should Attend:
- Managers
- Supervisors
- Team Leaders
- HR Professionals
- Anyone who wants to benefit from learning Mindfulness practices
