COPWA and AHRI welcome you to our first combined professional development event.

This event explores the topic of Employee Value Propositions (EVP) from the perspective of an Human Resources specialist and an Organisational Development specialist. Our guest HR and OD professionals will discuss different approaches and applications of an EVP that demonstrate how these two disciplines complement and compete with one other.

Guest HR specialist, Anna Hinder will talk about the development of EVP strategies including bonus systems, rewards, incentives that embed within organisations. Anna will also explore the changing role of HR strategic alignment and the uses of EVPs in Professional Service Firms.

Guest OD specialist, Jon Wilson will provide an overview of key factors to consider and manage before, during and after implementation of an EVP program so that the intended outcomes are achieved. This will include steps to integrate an EVP that is meaningful and appropriate to the workforce culture.
The session will conclude with a Question & Answer opportunity.
