Born in Chennai, Nick migrated to Melbourne in
1987 and has since gone on to lead a
fascinating and varied career with a wide range
of roles across a number of different industries.

In 1994, Nick founded an environmental
engineering company, which transformed an
initial annual sales figure of $5,000 to $2
million only four years later. Nick has also
worked in the fields of marketing and
multimedia, event management and
journalism. Nick holds a MBA, is a Fellow at the
Australian Institute of Management and is

writing a book on work-life balance.

Since 2006, Nick has been the CEO/Managing Director of the Perth Wildcats,
and has played a fundamental role in turning around the club's fortunes.

Nick's presentation will focus on:
- whether talent is more important than effort;
- maximising strengths and minimising weaknesses;
- mission, goals and culture - do they really work?
