Diane Smith-Gander is a non- executive director of CBH Group, Transfield and Wesfarmers and deputy chairman of the National Broadband Network Company. A past chair of Basketball Australia and the Australian Sports Drug Agency (now ASADA) she is also a Commissioner of Tourism WA. Diane will draw on these diverse experiences to discuss current governance issues and give practical examples of what works and equally what does not.
