This workshop is designed for small businesses that are new to quotes and tendering, whether for government or private procurement.

This workshop:
1) explains the requirements for tendering and quoting
2) provides small business with tools and tips on how to become tender ready
3) determines gaps in business systems and processes that can prevent small business from tendering
4) discusses the pros and cons of tendering for business growth

We use our Tendering Diagnostics tool to explain the core requirements and determine gaps in business.
