“If the rate of change on the outside exceeds the rate of change on the inside, the end is nigh” – Jack Welch

As organisations meet the challenge of weathering change in an increasingly turbulent business environment, resilience is one of the key organisational capabilities required.

Speakers with international accreditation will consider how to develop key organisational capability in turbulent business environments and build personal resilience. Speakers include:

- Stuart Taylor, Management Consultant and Partner at The Resilience Institute, who talks about how Management Consultants can become more authentic. He asks the question “what does it take to force a crazy-busy, work-absorbed person to question the wisdom of what they are doing?”

- Richard Pace who, as Managing Director, has guided the WA based Canon Foods through highs and lows to become one of Australia’s leading manufacturers in the intensely competitive food industry supplying major supermarkets.

- Rachel Green, one of Australia’s most inspiring Keynote Speakers, who brings a unique emotional intelligence perspective to understanding and improving personal resilience.

Early bird registration ends Sunday September 14th
