MEET THE SPEAKER

Dom Thatcher, State Manager Network WA; State Enterprise Leader, Australia Post
Dom Thatcher commenced at Australia Post in 1989 and is the State Manager Network WA for the Post Operations Network and the State Enterprise Leader for Western Australia. In this role, Dom oversees the physical network across Western Australia, Metro and Regional. This includes the network operations of mail, transport, parcel processing and delivery contractors, as well as international and domestic operations. Dom is the central point for cross functional collaboration across the senior leadership team of WA as the State Enterprise Leader WA.

Dom grew up in Mauritius and moved to Australia in 1984. He has a background in Mechanical Engineering and is a CEDA Trustee, a member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management and National Safety Council of Australia. He has a graduate business qualification in Leadership and Management from Curtin University and a graduate certificate in Management from Monash Mt Eliza Business School.
